The dollarization was the change of currency from the sucre to the dollar, this process occurred during the government of Jamil Mahuad bringing us as a country both positive and negative aspects. Causing the dissolution of the president of that time, not seeing no future in Ecuador many Ecuadorians took the decision to migrate from the country.
